These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online learning and typing platform managed by the Furious Typing Team. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Furious Typing if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts (Version 2.0)

To access advanced features like activity tracking, progress charts, and the leaderboard, users must create an account. The platform is designed for users aged 13 years or older. Users can register and log in securely via email/password or One-Time Password (OTP) verification. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Description of Services & Activity Tracking

Furious Typing is an interactive learning platform providing typing tests, speed drills, and comprehensive educational tools. We offer MCQ Mock Exams with up to 10,000+ questions spanning multiple subjects including Reasoning, English Grammar, Mathematics, GK/GS, and Science. To provide analytics and UI charts, the platform tracks user activity, including the number of MCQs solved, correct/incorrect answers, and time spent typing.

3. FT ID System and Leaderboard Visibility

Every registered user is assigned a unique FT ID. Your ranking, overall score, and performance stats will be publicly searchable on the Leaderboard via your FT ID. Other visitors can click on your profile card to view your learning activity and public stats; however, external users cannot make changes or upgrades to your profile data.

4. Anti-Cheating and Fair Play Policy

We maintain a strict fair-play environment. The use of auto-typers, automated bots, cheating scripts, hacks, or macro software is strictly prohibited. The Furious Typing Team continuously upgrades its detection systems daily to identify unfair practices. If detected using cheating tools, we reserve the right to wipe your scores, remove you from the leaderboard, or permanently suspend your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Furious Typing owns the intellectual property rights for all material, code, typing tools, and question banks on Furious Typing. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or duplicate material from Furious Typing for commercial purposes.

6. Future Advertisements

Currently, the platform operates ad-free. However, Furious Typing reserves the right to introduce advertisements (such as Google AdSense or third-party networks) in the future to support the platform's infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its content (including 10,000+ MCQs) are provided on an "as-is" basis. While the Furious Typing Team strives for absolute accuracy in data, question banks, and progress charts, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that the mock tests guarantee success in official competitive exams.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
